What's included:
I am Notary Federica Spinaci and I graduated in Law from the University of Roma Tre with a grade of 110 cum laude, where I subsequently obtained a PhD in Private Law for Europe. After a complex course of study and professional practice, I became a Notary in 2018 and began practicing in Castiglione della Pescaia and in Rome2020.
In addition to my studies, I have been actively involved in university education for years: I am a lecturer at the School of Specialization for the Legal Professions at Roma Tre and collaborate on several Master's programs at the University, contributing to the growth and preparation of young lawyers.
My research has led me to publish numerous articles on civil and private law, addressing issues relating to succession, family, contracts, condominiums, and asset protection. Many of these papers have been included in manuals and law journals edited by leading national publishers.
In my firm, I combine legal rigor, clarity, and genuine attention to detail. I strongly believe in the value of explanation: every client must know what they are signing, what the effects of the deed will be, and how to prevent potential future issues. My goal is to guide individuals, families, and businesses through the entire notarial process with confidence and awareness.
