Videoconference company meetings: extension until December 31, 2021

Article 6 of Legislative Decree no. 105 of 2021 extended the extension of the rules governing the holding of shareholders' meetings of companies and entities, introduced by the Cura Italia decree. Specifically, the rules in force until July 31, 2021, are now extended to December 31, 2021. The new provisions therefore allow shareholders' meetings to be convened by telecommunication or, for limited liability companies, by written consultation or by expressing written consent.
